What is this commitee?

We are The Governance Committee of The Lake Heritage Property Owners Association's Board of Directors.

We've been taxed with updating the rules and/or regulations of The Lake Heritage Property Owners Association.  Our current goal is to elicit feedback from the community.  The committee has created a document containing the proposed rules and/or regulations, and needs the community's input on what changes are good and which the community does not want to adopt.
