(Article I; Sec 1)

LHPOA Membership is defined in Article II Section 1 of the LHPOA By-Law, as follows: “The Association shall have only one (1) class of members which shall consist of those persons who own a lot or lots in Lake Heritage Subdivision.” An individual, designated by a legally recognized Third-Party entity owning property in the Lake Heritage Subdivision, is identified as “the member”.

NEW:
