(Article I; Sec 2)
1.The Member and those who live permanently with the Member in the Member’s domicile as evidenced by for example, proof of registration in local schools, driver’s license, voter’s registration card, tax return or other legal and current document accepted by the LHPOA BOD showing such address as residence, (Member’s Household) are allowed full access to all Lake Heritage facilities and are eligible for the issuance of LHPOA vehicle access identification and pool passes.2.All other persons are classified as either Tenants or Guests. (a) Tenants are eligible for LHPOA privileges upon payment of the tenant user fee. (b) Guests are not eligible for LHPOA privileges and are the sole responsibility of the visited Member (“Guests”)
