CHANGES:
-Addition of current vehicle identification sticker requirements
Discussion held and agreement made:
-Committee agrees that the requirement to attach the ID sticker to the vehicle is appropriate.
OLD:
(Article I; Sec 5)
1.The gate house off of Pennsylvania Route 97 is the only authorized access point to and from the Lake Heritage subdivision so as to provide security and limit access to property owners, tenants and authorized guests. Property Owners on the periphery of the subdivision are required to secure the perimeter of their property to prevent egress from and/or ingress to Lake Heritage roadways by cars or motor vehicles.2.This prohibition does not apply during an emergency event for access by emergency vehicles, nor to access by a car or motor vehicle possessing a valid Lake Heritage vehicle sticker.
NEW:
(Article III)
The Gatehouse on Heritage Drive is the only authorized access point to and from the Lake Heritage Community providing limited access to Members, Member’s Household, Tenants, and Guests. Members on the periphery of the community are required to secure the perimeter of their property to prevent egress from and/or ingress to Lake Heritage roadways by motor vehicles and individuals, other than the Member, Member’s Household or Tenant residing at the property. This prohibition does not apply during an emergency event for access by emergency vehicles. All Motor Vehicles owned by Members, Member’s Household and Tenants shall have a current LHPOA vehicle access identification sticker affixed to the driver’s side of the front bumper. Vehicle access identification is valid only through May 1st of the following dues year. Vehicles not appropriately displaying a current LHPOA vehicle access identification will be stopped at the Gatehouse.
