A lot owner or owners who leases or otherwise rents real property within the Lake Heritage Subdivision shall be liable for and be invoiced for a Tenant-Guest Fee for each Tenant of the subject property. Upon payment of the Tenant-Guest Fee, the Tenant-Guest shall have use of the Association's facilities as prescribed by the Board of Directors for all Tenant-Guests. For the purposes of this paragraph those Tenants who are spouses to each other are deemed to be one Tenant-Guest.

NEW:

(Article IV; Sec 2)

Member(s) who lease or otherwise rent real property(s) within the Lake Heritage Community shall be liable for and be invoiced for a single Tenant User Fee. Upon payment of the Tenant User Fee, the Tenant shall have use of the Association's facilities as prescribed by the BOD for all Tenants. For the purposes of this paragraph, those Tenants who are spouses to each other are deemed to be one Tenant.
