Non-resident Lessee/s of commercial property within Lake Heritage shall be liable for and be invoiced for an annual fee equal to 30% of the Tenant-Guest Fee. This lessee fee is for the use of the roads and the attendant security provided but does not entitle the lessee to the use of any other Association facility.
NEW:
(Article IV; Sec 4)
Lessees of commercial property within the Lake Heritage Community shall be liable for and be invoiced for an annual fee equal to 30% of the Tenant User Fee. This lessee fee is for the use of the roads and security provided but does not entitle the lessee to the use of any other LHPOA privileges.
CHANGES:
