A:XIV S:3 - Vehicle Identification

OLD:

(Article III; Sec 4)

1. All Motor Vehicles owned by members and their resident family shall have a current LHPOA membership vehicle sticker affixed to the driver’s side of the front bumper. Stickers are valid only through May 1 of the following dues year. Vehicles not in compliance will be stopped at the Gatehouse.

2. No sticker(s) will be issued unless members are in good standing, having paid membership dues and assessments, and have provided copy(ies) of current valid State Registration(s).

3. Stickers are not transferrable. Stickers are for the use of LHPOA members and their immediate family members who are dependent or residing with them. Violation of rules can result in suspension of your membership privileges.

4. A maximum of FIVE (5) stickers will be issued without additional charge upon compliance with the above requirements. ADDITIONAL STICKERS COST $1.00 EACH.


NEW:

(Article XIV; Sec. 3)

1. All motor vehicles owned by Members, Member’s Household and Tenants shall comply with current LHPOA vehicle access identification procedures. No LHPOA vehicle identification sticker will be issued to Members, Member’s Household or Tenants unless the associated Member is in good standing, having paid Membership dues and assessments, and has provided copy(ies) of current valid state registration(s).

2. LHPOA vehicle identification stickers shall be affixed to the driver’s side of the front bumper. Stickers are valid only through May 1st of the following dues year. Vehicles not in compliance will be stopped at the Gatehouse.

3. LHPOA motor vehicle access identification is not transferrable and is strictly for the use of Members, Members Household and Tenants.

4. Violation of this Section can result in suspension of LHPOA Privileges and/or a fine as defined in Article XXIV.
