(Article I; Sec. 4)
1.Members or persons who are part of the member’s family (as defined under Article 1, Section 2 of the Rules & Regulations of the Property Owner’s Association) who injure, vandalize or destroy Association property, real or personal, shall be liable for suspension of his or her membership privileges for a period of time in addition to any civil or criminal penalty, punishment or damages for which he or she may also be found liable. The Board of Directors shall fix the suspension period after a hearing and finding that the person charged committed the act in question.
NEW:
(Article XII)
Damage, vandalism, or destruction of LHPOA property, real or personal, by Members, Member’s Household or Tenants, may be subject to suspension of the Member’s LHPOA Privileges, in addition to any civil or criminal penalty, punishment or damages for which he or she may also be found liable. The BOD shall determine any suspension period after a hearing and finding that the person charged committed the act in question. The BOD, at its discretion, may levy a fine in addition to suspension. Members are responsible for vandalism committed by their Guests.
