A:XIII S:1 - Road Use/Member Responsabilities

Property owners in the Lake Heritage Subdivision are re­sponsible for notifying their agents, employees, contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers regarding these regulations and restrictions, and such property owner are liable individually and jointly with such agent, employees, etc., for the latter's violations of such regulations and restrictions.

Members are responsible for notifying their agents, employees, contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers regarding the regulations and restrictions of this Article, and such Member is liable individually and jointly with such agent, employee, etc., for the violation of such regulations and restrictions.
