1. The weight limit for vehicles on all roads contained in Lake Heritage will be 30 tons (60,000 lbs) with the following exceptions:2. Medical and Fire emergency vehicles, utility vehicles (water, cable, sewer), moving vans, home heating fuel deliveries (gas, oil, cut wood) and school buses are all exempt from above restrictions. Anyone requesting an exemption from the above must contact the LHPOA Roads Chairman.
