Enforcement and Vehicle Registration

LHPOA Security Staff is responsible for enforcement of the motor vehicle regulations set forth herein.

Members are required to provide to the LHPOA office the current motor vehicle registration for all vehicles maintained at their residence.

The current Pennsylvania Vehicle Code as applicable to the operation of motor vehicles on public highways shall, also be applicable to all motor vehicles using the roadways of LHPOA.
