A: XIV S:4 REVISIT

Discussion held and committee agreement made:

Add “non- roadworthy” to paragraph 2 so it will read:

2. No Member shall permit to remain on their property any abandoned or junked motor vehicles. A limit of one (1) unregistered vehicle shall be permitted on any lot at any time and only for the purpose of transferring title to the Member or Member Household of said lot. Any unregistered or non-roadworthy vehicle remaining on any lot in excess of fourteen (14) days shall be considered abandoned for the purpose of this Section.

Paragraph 3 should be revised to state:

3. Repair work involving vehicles, boats, or machinery of any type outdoors on a Member’s lot must be completed within 14 days of the date repairs begin. Completed repairs means the item repaired is returned to operational condition. No work or dismantling of vehicles, boats, or machinery of any type is permitted on LHPOA property.

--Agreement made that the rule should be about length of time instead of banning working on vehicles completely. Committee agreed to allow non road worthy vehicles for 14 days, and for the Community Manager to allow exceptions.
