Your Governance Committee met at 1:00 on Oct. 24th with 4 committee members present.
-Approval was agreed on and granted to publish a live version of The Governance Committee’s BLOG. The intent of this BLOG is to offer more timely and accurate information to the community to help with discussion and to build trust.
-Posts will include:
-Notes from each meeting on topics discussed
-Article-by-article posts showing the specific differences in each area of the rules, with the discussion and/or resolution held by the committee.
-The BLOG should be worded in such a way as to remind the community that The Committee’s discussions are all VERY preliminary, and have NO impact on the actual rules of Lake Heritage. Official rule changes may or may not occur at The Board of Directors discretion. The Committee is just a workshop of The Board.
-Proposed Articles IV through VIII were discussed.
