This BLOG is an attempt to simplify and show the differences the CURRENT Governance Committee has found related to the current PROPOSED rule changes, and to communicate our thinking. No official Board of Directors action has taken place, and this should all be considered "the discussion phase."

OLD:
The following Rules and Regulations (“R&Rs”) have been established over a considerable time period. As such, this is a dynamic document subject to change as approved by the Lake Heritage Property Owners Association (“LHPOA”) Board of Directors (“BOD”). These R&Rs work in conjunction with the By-laws and Deed Restrictions. The purpose of these R&Rs is to establish a common framework within which all LHPOA Members can enjoy the use of their property as well as permitting all Members to enjoy the use of LHPOA property and facilities safely, protect the Members’ investment by maintaining property integrity and preserve our private, family-oriented community. Members and Tenants shall comply with all the R&Rs as stated herein. Failure to comply with these R&Rs is subject to enforcement action by the LHPOA BOD as appropriate.
NEW:
The following Regulations have been established over a considerable time period. As such, this is a dynamic document subject to change as reviewed by the Members and approved by the Lake Heritage Property Owners Association (LHPOA) Board of Directors (BOD). These Regulations work in conjunction with the By-laws and Deed Restrictions. The purpose of these Regulations is to establish a common framework within which all LHPOA Members can enjoy the use of their property: permitting all Members to enjoy the use of LHPOA property and facilities safely; protecting the Members’ investment by maintaining property integrity and preserving our private, family-oriented community. Members and Tenants shall comply with all the Regulations as stated herein. Failure to comply with these is subject to enforcement action by the LHPOA BOD as appropriate.
In accordance with our By-laws, (Article IV, Section 13) , any Member requesting a change to the existing Regulations of the LHPOA should submit their written draft of a proposed change to the BOD for its consideration and possible action.
